PG/ B.Tech / B.E. Civil with more than 20 Yrs of exp in strategic contracts and tendering procedures, manage contract formulation activities including pre-qualification of bidders, bid evaluation, negotiation and overall contract administration. (Exposure to real estate industry is preferred)

General Manager - Construction:
B.E. / B. Tech Civil with more than 20 Yrs of exp in overall execution of residential/ commercial/ township projects. Will be responsible for planning/ scheduling/ project co-ordination and overall site management. Exposure to MIVAN Technology would be preferred.

Deputy General Manager/ AGM – Sales:
PG/MBA / Graduate with more than 10 Yrs exp In hardcore selling of residential commercial projects. We are looking for candidates with pleasing personality, good communication and negotiation skills.

Senior Manager – Corporate Sales:
PG/ MBA (Sales & Marketing)/ Graduate with min 5 Yrs exp in corporate sales and business development. Candidates from Insurance/ Banking/ Telecom and Real Estate will be preferred.

Sr. Manager – Marketing (Brand Alliances):
PG/ MBA Marketing with more than 5 Yrs of exp. exp in creating and managing partnerships with global premium brands. Create marketing and brand strategies for special projects and partner brands and should be innovative in implementing strategies with excellent communication skills.

Senior Manager/ Manager – HR:
MBA/ PG – HR with more than 8 Yrs exp in human resource management and a seasoned professional in sourcing/ hiring the best talent in the industry. Male candidate preferred.

Townplanner/ Planning Architect:
M.Arch/ PG in Urban Designing from a reputed Institute with more than 5Yrs experience in conceptualizing, designing and co-ordination for large township projects. Should be well versed with all computer packages for designing.

Liaisoning Architect:
B. Arch/G. Arch with more than 5Yrs exp in architectural liaisoning with BMC/ TMC for submission of drawing and ensuring timely approvals for upcoming projects.

Manager/ Asst. Mgr – Operations & Maintenance:
PG/ / Graduate/Defense Personnel with more than 5 Yrs in exp in handling operational activities in handling customers service, facilities and overall property management . Prior exp in mall operations from a real estate industry would be preferred.

Manager/ Asst. Mgr – Events:
Masters/ Diploma in Events Management with 5 – 8 Yrs of exp in planning and organizing various events, space selling, and promotional activities

Asst. Mgr/ Sr. Executive – HR:
MBA/ PG – HR with more than 3 Yrs exp in recruitments and a seasoned professional in sourcing/ hiring the best talent in the industry.

Asst. Mgr / Sr. Exec/ Exec – Sales:
PG/ Graduate with more than 3 Yrs exp in direct sales of residential/ commercial/ township projects. Pleasing personality with strong communication is essential. Candidates from Insurance, Banking and Real Estate will be preferred.

Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager (Mulund / Kalyan):
B.E / B.Tech (Civil) with min 15 yrs exp in execution of commercial & residential towers. Candidate should have good site management & team management skills.

Architect:
GD Arch / B.Arch with 3 – 5 yrs of experience in designing, detailing and project coordination of multi storey residential and commercial projects. Should be proficient in AutoCAD & 3D. Knowledge of BMC byelaws will be an added advantage.

Interior Designer:
GD Arch / B.Arch / Graduate in interior designer / fine art with 3 – 5 yrs of exp. in interiors concepts, design and execution of residential and commercial projects. Should be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, CorelDraw & 3D Max.

Draughtsman (Kalyan):
Diploma / ITI in Architectural Draughtsman with min 3 yrs exp. Should be proficient in AutoCAD and preparing municipal drawings, working drawings, etc.

Senior / Site Engineer:
B.E. / Diploma (Civil) with 3-10 yrs of exp. in execution of high-rise buildings & commercial projects. Also includes monitoring work at sites and to supervise day-to-day activities.

Quantity Surveyor:
B.E. / B.Tech/Dip (Civil) with 2-5 yrs of experience in Quantity estimation, BOQ & work-order preparation, rate analysis, billing and certification.

Q.A. / Q.C. Engineer:
B.E/ Dip (Civil) with 2-5 yrs of experience in Quality checking / assurance, material testing, concrete mixed designing. He / She should be good in mixed designing and computer application.

Manager / Assistant Manager – CRM:
MBA (Marketing) 3+ years exp. in Customer Relationship Management. He/She should have good communication, presentation, and customer database management, analysis, market analysis skill.

Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive – Accounts (Male):
B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA with 4+ years experience in accounts, reconciliation, trail balance & finalization of accounts. He should have good hands on experience in accounts related software like tally, ERP, etc.

Security Officer (Kalyan):
Retired from Defense (Army / Navy / Air Force) Major / Captain / Commandos with hands on experience in security control, mob control, CCTV, security pared, first Aid, fire system, etc
