Mumbai May 28th, 2010:- Nirmal Lifestyle Ltd., India’s leading Real Estate Company, today entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with Discovery Enterprises International (DEI) - a division of Discovery Communications, the world’s number one non-fiction media company. The tie-up between Nirmal Lifestyle and Discovery will manifest itself in the form of well appointed “Green” offices, residential spaces and clubs which will provide Lifestyle, Entertainment & Education inspired from the tenets of the Discovery Channel.
As per this unique arrangement that is exclusive to India, Nirmal Lifestyle Limited will develop Discovery-branded residential apartments, offices spaces and lifestyle clubs that will focus on providing residents a complete and fulfilling life through innovations which will create benchmarks in development, never before seen in the real estate sector.
Speaking at this momentous occasion Mr. Dharmesh Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, Nirmal Lifestyle Ltd. said, “Our aim is to introduce the aspects of healthier living, cleaner & greener homes and environment, so that we and our children get to live in complete harmony with nature. Through our tie-up we will seek to integrate the Discovery experience in the 20 Lifestyle cities we have planned by 2020 as also in our other future projects.”

Under the agreement Nirmal Lifestyle will have exclusive use of the Discovery brand for the Indian market over the next 10 years. All projects under the Nirmal Lifestyle – Discovery tie-up will be green initiatives which will be Discovery certified.
