Head - Contracts & Tendering:
PG/ B.Tech / B.E. Civil with more than 20 Yrs of exp in strategic contracts and tendering procedures, manage contract formulation activities including pre-qualification of bidders, bid evaluation, negotiation and overall contract administration. (Exposure to real estate industry is preferred)

Senior Project Manager / Project Manager:
B.E. / B. Tech in Civil with more than 18 yrs of exp. in execution of residential, commercial & infra projects. Candidate should have good site / project management, team management skill.

Senior Engineer:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil with more than 8 yrs of exp in execution of residential and commercial projects. Knowledge in Auto CAD is essential.

Quantity Surveyor:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil with more than 5 yrs of exp in Quantity Estimation, surveying, billing, rate analysis, BOQ, work order preparation and well versed with Auto CAD and other computer software.

Junior Engineer:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Civil with more than 2 yrs of exp in execution of residential and commercial complexes.

Draftsman :
ITI / Diploma in Civil Draughtsman with min 5 yrs of exp in preparing working drawing, Municipal drawing, contour drawings of residential & commercial projects.

Site Supervisor:
Candidate should have more than 6 yrs of experience in supervising construction activities like: R.C.C., Excavation, shuttering, finishing and maintenance.

Store Assistant:
Graduate with 4 - 6 yrs of exp in construction material management, record keeping, material inventory inflow / outflow, safety of stock materials. Computer proficiency is essential and exp in ERP is added advantage.

Executive Assistant:
Graduate / Diploma in secretarial with min 4 yrs of exp secretariat field. He / She should have excellent communication, coordination, time management & Self drafting skills.
